Tony Kadillak has joined Perfect Stranger, the global integrated creative company from Hornet, as head of client partnerships. There, he will work with Perfect Stranger’s leadership team to support the continued growth of the company’s global client base.

The appointment reunites Kadillak with Perfect Stranger Executive Creative Director Daniel Fries. The two worked together from 2010 to 2014 at Leroy & Clarkson, the Emmy-winning design and branding agency Fries founded in 2001. Kadillak brings more than 20 years of experience in the creative sector. He also co-founded Assembly, a networking event for entertainment and brand marketers.

Kadillak will focus on brands that want their marketing to move the business and are ready to invest in long-term builds to get there. From startups and challengers to established brands, Perfect Stranger works directly with CMOs and brand leaders across the full stack, from brand strategy and positioning through design, animation and production to develop the creative needed to cut through in today’s noisy marketplace.

“This is a relationships business, and who you go into battle with matters as much as the work itself,” Kadillak said in a statement. “I learned so much working with Daniel and the team he assembled that I couldn’t pass up the chance to do it again. Combine Perfect Stranger’s energy and ambition with the legacy and foundation of Hornet, and it was an easy decision.”

"Tony has always had a hunger for bigger, more strategic challenges, and he’s a people person through and through,” Fries said, also in a statement. “You can win a job in the room with the right work, but it’s chemistry and trust that keep clients for the long term.”

Perfect Stranger launched in 2026 as a sister company to Hornet, combining agency-level strategic thinking with Hornet’s 25 years of global production expertise.
