Billy Parks has been named head of Fox Creator Studios, said Rob Wade, CEO of Fox Entertainment, on Tuesday. Owned by Fox Entertainment, Fox Creator Studios houses the company’s investment in creator-led content and next-generation digital storytelling.

In this newly created role, Parks will lead Fox Creator Studios’ vision, strategy and operations. The role comprises identifying high-growth talent, building sustainable monetization models, collaborating to create and publish IP, and translating audience engagement into long-term intellectual property value. Under Parks’ leadership, Fox Creator Studios will partner with creators across all platforms to create scalable formats and durable franchises designed to travel across linear, streaming and emerging digital platforms.

“Fox Creator Studios represents a fundamental evolution in how we work with today’s most dynamic storytellers, bridging the gap between Hollywood and the rapidly expanding creator economy,” said Wade in a statement. “Billy has built his career at the forefront of creator-driven media, blending creative instinct with investment and operational expertise. He understands that today’s creators are founders and brand builders, and he knows how to scale their ideas into enduring businesses. As we expand our digital ecosystem, we want to empower creators to bring their dreams to life, and Billy is the ideal leader to drive that effort.”

“Creators today aren’t waiting for permission. They’re building the most dynamic media business in the world on their terms, recognizing that the future belongs to ideas that travel,” said Parks, also in a statement. “Fox has a storied legacy of empowering great creative talent, and Fox Creator Studios is a natural extension of that legacy. Our goal is to meet creators where they are, respect what they’ve already built and help them grow, whether that means launching a new format, expanding into new verticals or scaling their brand across platforms. We want to be a place that understands their needs and helps turn momentum into enduring storytelling and entertainment brands.”

Fox Creator Studios launched at CES 2026 as a digital-first division created to partner with creators, accelerating the development and expansion of original IP into franchise-ready properties. Initially focused on food-centric talent, including partnerships with Gordon Ramsay through Studio Ramsay Global, Rosanna Pansino, Jolly, Sorted Food, The Food Theorists and Little Remy Food, Fox Creative Studios leverages Fox’s production infrastructure, sales engine and global distribution capabilities to scale creator-driven brands across digital, linear and streaming platforms.

Under Parks’ leadership, Fox Creator Studios expects to expand into additional verticals, while remaining platform-agnostic and developing IP that can live within Fox’s own ecosystem or travel to third-party platforms worldwide.

The initiative is a central component of Fox Entertainment’s broader digital strategy, which includes vertical video investment through Holywater; experiential storytelling via Chain; growth in podcasting with Meet Cutel a two-way content pipeline with HarperCollins Publishing; and continued expansion of its global studio footprint and growing distribution business.

Parks began his career in feature films before producing commercials, music videos and branded entertainment, including Super Bowl campaigns and VMA-winning work with global artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Beyoncé, Jay Z, Eminem, Selena Gomez, and Rhianna, as well as major brands including the NFL, Chrysler, Honda and AT&T.

He later served as EVP of production and programming at The Chernin Group and held senior leadership roles at Fullscreen, Astronauts Wanted and Otter Media, where he helped pioneer interactive, real-time and data-informed programming for digital-native audiences. Parks later returned to The Chernin Group as an operating partner, deploying growth capital into scaled creator-led consumer businesses, and most recently served as a venture partner at Slow Ventures Creator Fund.

Throughout his career, Parks has focused on building sustainable models for digital-native talent — helping creators diversify revenue streams, integrate brand partnerships authentically and scale their businesses.
