Demigod Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell) comes of age in season three of Disney Plus’ Percy Jackson and the Olympians as the Gods prepare to go to war against the Titans.
Season three marks the screen adaptation of The Titan’s Curse, the third book in Rick Riordan’s bestselling series. When Annabeth Chase (Leah Sava Jeffries) is captured by the forces of Kronos, Percy Jackson must rescue her while also confronting his own feelings for her. Joined by his best friend and guardian, satyr Grover (Aryan Simhadri) and some unlikely questmates, Percy faces several challenges including freeing a chained goddess and preventing the fall of Olympus while facing a dire prophecy.
To celebrate the premiere, Disney Plus is hosting “Olympus Awaits,” an immersive takeover of the Empire State Building Observation Deck from Monday, Nov. 16 through Friday, Dec. 4 (note: closed Nov. 17 and Nov. 18). The building’s 80th floor will be transformed into the mythical “600th Floor” throne room, featuring the thrones of the Greek gods, hidden series references, photo ops and surprise keepsakes such as keys to Olympus.
Visitors will also find a ground-floor “Hand of Talos” photo installation in the ticketing office, exclusive merchandise and an Eataly pop-up offering Percy-inspired blue treats. On Friday, Nov. 20, the landmark building will light up with “The Glow from Olympus.” Tickets for the experience are available here.
Expanding the promotion, the “Offerings from Olympus” campaign brings Percy’s favorite blue foods and exclusive deals to fans in Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Orlando, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and West Palm Beach, Fla., with more than 10 brand partners participating (promotions running 11/16 – 11/20 unless noted):
