Rosie Garschina and Kevin Anderson have joined New York City-based creative studio Versus as executive creator director and executive producer, respectively. Both executives come to Versus from Trollbäck+Company.
In their new roles, Garschina and Anderson will help expand Versus’ growing brand and design practice as the studio continues to strengthen its position as a next-generation creative studio spanning brands, entertainment, experiential, originals and large-scale storytelling.
“The most ambitious creative talent wants to build things that move fluidly across disciplines,” said Justin Barnes, co-founder and executive creative director at Versus, in a statement. “Rosie and Kevin helped shape some of the industry’s most recognizable brand and identity systems, and now they’re helping define what the next generation of creative studios looks like.”

Prior to joining Versus, Garschina held leadership roles at Trollbäck+Company and Sibling Rivalry. She also served for four years on the executive board of directors of AIGA NY.
Most recently, she has been at the helm of rebrands for Tennis Channel, AMC, BET, History Channel and PBS. She also oversaw the design of Audible’s global 360 campaign of Harry Potter: The Full Cast Audio Edition. Garschina brings more than 15 years of experience in brand building, collaborating with clients such as Amazon, Apple, Fox, Sesame Street, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, NBCUniversal and Paramount CBS.
Likewise, Anderson brings more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale branding and digital productions for some of the industry’s biggest brands, including Apple, Disney+, NBCUniversal, Fox, Amazon and Verizon. Known for bridging creative ambition with complex execution, he has led projects spanning brand design, live action, visual effects and motion systems across a wide range of platforms.
Garschina and Anderson have worked together in creative partnership shaped through years of collaboration on large-scale identity systems and campaigns.
