ABC, NBC and Fox take all five spots in week ended March 10.
ABC’s telecast of the 96th Annual Academy Awards tops the Promo Mojo ranker for the week ended March 10, making it TV’s most promoted show as well as reeling in a four-year high of 19.5 million viewers on Sunday night. ABC also snagged second place to promote the seventh season of procedural drama 9-1-1, which aired on Fox for its first six seasons. Promos for the emergency responder drama’s new home aired during the Oscars.
For the third week in a row, traditional broadcasters swept the ranking, with ABC joined by NBC, which hyped Deal or No Deal Island in third place, and Fox, which promoted Alert: Missing Persons Unit in fourth place and The Masked Singer in fifth.
Notably, 9-1-1 scored the highest iSpot Attention Index (110) in the ranking, meaning viewers were on average highly likely to watch its promos all the way through (vs. interrupting viewing by changing the channel, pulling up the guide, fast-forwarding or turning off the TV).
